BACHELORETTE SHOW FAQS

Everything bridesmaids ask before booking The Saint.

How long is the show?

The Girls Night Out runs 45 minutes.

How naughty is it?

Slick, flirtatious, risqué, even naughty, but always delivered with sophistication. It’s strictly 18+. The Saint reads the room, so the show is as naughty as your group wants it to be, and no more.

Is the bride involved?

Very. She’s The Saint’s star assistant for the night.

How many guests can you perform for?

Anything from 3 to 75-plus. The smallest hen party so far was 5 ladies, the biggest about 75, and The Saint’s public shows play to far bigger crowds.

Where do you perform?

Anywhere from Cape Town and its suburbs to the Winelands (Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek), Somerset West and the Overberg coast as far as Hermanus: homes, Airbnbs, restaurants and wine farms.

What does it cost?

The Girls Night Out starts at R3,600, travel included within the Southern Suburbs, City Bowl and surrounds. That’s about R240 each for a group of 15. Further out, the price includes the extra travel time, so WhatsApp your area for an exact quote. Your price is locked in once your deposit reflects in The Saint’s account.

What do you need from us?

A space set aside for the show, like a living room or verandah, with a seat for every guest and a clear view for everyone.

Can we keep it a surprise for the bride?

Yes, and most groups do. The maid of honour books, and The Saint arrives as the surprise. He lets the bride-to-be (and sometimes the guests) believe he’s the stripper, and keeps the gag going right to the very end.

How far ahead should we book?

As soon as you have your date. In wedding season most hen parties fall on Saturday evenings, and only a few shows fit into one night, so Saturdays book up fast.

How do we secure the date?

Once you’ve agreed on a date and time with The Saint on WhatsApp, he’ll hold it for 24 hours. Within that time, pay a 50% deposit by EFT and send the proof of payment by WhatsApp or to info@thesaint.co.za. Your date is secured once the deposit reflects in his account; a proof of payment on its own doesn’t secure it. The balance is paid by EFT at the show and must reflect in his account before it starts, so use an instant EFT, or pay it the day before.

What if we need to cancel or move the date?

You can move the date once at no charge, with at least 14 days’ notice, to any open date within 12 months; your deposit moves with it. If you cancel more than 30 days before the show, your deposit is refunded in full; 15 to 30 days before, half of it is refunded; 14 days or less before, it isn’t refunded. There’s no cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled because of the death or hospitalisation of the person it was made for. And if The Saint ever has to cancel, you get back everything you’ve paid.

Do you do weddings too?

Yes: charming, family-friendly close-up magic during your cocktail hour, R6,000 for one hour or R10,000 for two, travel included. Book it with the Girls Night Out and get 20% off the wedding magic.
